Sherry Fitzgerald Hennessy: Property CGIs
A relatively new tool used in the industry, real estate CGI images are an effective way to bring property developments to life before construction is completed – or before it has even started. Our graphic design team created a suite of photo-realistic CGI renders of a property for one of our regular clients, Sherry Fitzgerald Hennessy.
Real estate website design is one of our specialties at R.E.M. As a key touchpoint for potential clients, a sleek, professional and user-friendly website is essential for anyone in the real estate industry.
Coleman Property employed us to design their new website. We also suggested a brand refresh to align with their new website, which saw us introduce a new font and a new set of brand guidelines. Their business goals were primarily focused around increased website traffic and increased rates of lead generation.
As a result of previous work we completed for Dairygold, R.E.M. were thrilled to have been involved in bringing the exciting new development, Creamfields SHD, to life. We were responsible for creating a new brand identity, illustrative of the sites location and brand name. Once the brand was alive, we progressed to establish an online and offline presence through website design and development, brochure design and strategic communication consultancy.
Having worked with a number of traders on Princes Street, we began discussion and were tasked with creating a marketing strategy, focusing on place marketing and promoting Princes Street as an aspirational destination for retail and hospitality.
Our collaboration with Savills on their Cork city centre project gave us the perfect opportunity to put our real estate hoarding expertise into practice!
We were appointed by the property agent to design hoarding for their new luxury retail development in Cork city. Located on Patrick’s Street and Cook Street, two areas with high rates of footfall and visibility, the hoarding would be a key marketing tool for Savills.
Having worked with O’Connor Murphy previously on Opera Lane Residences, we were delighted when they approached us to work on marketing Lancaster Gate Apartments and creating a suite of visual assets including a virtual tour.
We set out to create high-quality collateral to communicate the prime location and premium finish of these apartments to our audience.
REM was delighted to be approached by JOD Developments to create a marketing strategy for Beecher’s Court, a superb new collection of contemporary homes. The residences’ prime location at the gateway to west Cork, Bandon, provided great inspiration for the creation of a complete brand identity. Using this and the exceptional quality of the properties, we implemented comprehensive brand awareness and lead generation campaigns.
Lackenroe is a new collection of luxury homes currently in development in Glounthaune. R.E.M. was employed to craft a brand identity and marketing strategy to garner awareness and leads for the development. Our approach involved developing a 360º marketing plan using digital, traditional, paid and organic media. To date, our work has proved highly successful, with Phase One of the development selling out before construction began.
Opera Lane Residences
REM are currently working on the recently available Opera Lane Residences. We were approached and tasked with creating promotional material for both digital and traditional use.
To date we have created a new brand identity, designed and written copy for a new brochure and print ad, edited a virtual tour video, redesigned the brand website and launched a paid digital campaign to generate brand awareness and leads for the estate agents.
REM worked with the luxury townhouses of Arbutus Montenotte to create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on generating awareness and leads for the development.
In preparation for the launch in 2020, REM created a full suite of photographic and video assets including drone footage and virtual tour that showcased the exclusivity and elegance of the properties.
Launched in March 2019, Martello Rushbrooke is a new and exclusive development by Caraden Homes. The 56 superbly-appointed homes sit on an elevated Great Island site overlooking Cork Harbour and the west passage of the River Lee.
REM was tasked with the development of a full marketing strategy for the development, from Naming, through to visual identity and external communications strategy.
The Elysian, Cork
REM were employed by The Blackstone Group to develop a full communications strategy for The Elysian. The Elysian, a 17-story residential and commercial building, was completed in 2008 just as the economic crisis hit Ireland. As a result, just over 70 of the 211 residential units were lived in.
We had the challenging task of developing a creative concept to promote the units in testing economic times. But we rose to the task and built a successful campaign consisting of brand messaging, walkthrough video & OOH window advertising.
