Bilingual Content Delivery
Campas Íosagáin, Ballyvourney, Co. Cork
A new regional development hub brought to life through strategic branding, immersive visuals and community-focused storytelling
Campas Íosagáin is a flagship regeneration project led by Údarás na Gaeltachta, transforming a historic site in Baile Mhúirne into a vibrant regional innovation and enterprise hub. R.E.M. was appointed to deliver the full marketing and communications suite, helping to launch the campus, generate early awareness, and position it as a future-ready facility serving the wider Muskerry region.
This project called for a brand and campaign that reflected both the site’s heritage and its future ambitions — while engaging diverse audiences in both Irish and English.
We created a full marketing strategy and asset suite to support the development and promotion of Campas Íosagáin, from early-phase presentations to ongoing digital outreach.
We developed a bilingual brand identity that reflects the site’s cultural and linguistic context. The logo design and visual system were inspired by the history of the original building and its new role as a hub for innovation, education and connection. Tone of voice and messaging were crafted to engage stakeholders, entrepreneurs and the local community alike.
The website was designed as an engaging, accessible bilingual platform that showcases the vision, facilities and future of Campas Íosagáin. Key features include project background, space availability, timelines and contact functionality — all delivered through a responsive, user-friendly interface in both English and Irish.
We designed professional presentation decks and supporting materials used to communicate the vision of the campus to key stakeholders and funding partners. These were crafted to be visually striking, informative and bilingual throughout.
R.E.M. managed a three-month bilingual social media campaign across Facebook and Instagram, focused on building brand awareness, promoting the site as a place to work, and driving traffic to ConnectedHubs.ie. Content included project updates, community stories, motion graphics and local photography.
We produced a set of realistic and aspirational CGIs to visualise the future internal layout of the building and the external facades. These assets were designed to communicate the flexibility of the space, showcasing private offices, co-working areas, meeting rooms and shared amenities.
We created clean, bilingual signage for Campas Íosagáin to reflect the professional tone of the development while maintaining strong ties to its cultural context. Installed at key access points, the signage introduced the brand, outlined the project vision, and directed attention to the newly launched website and ConnectedHubs platform.
We captured a suite of high-quality photos and drone footage to highlight the unique setting, architecture and transformation of the site. These visuals played a key role in both digital and print assets, grounding the brand in place and scale.
Every touchpoint — from digital content to brochures and presentations — was delivered in both Irish and English. This was essential not only for accessibility but for authenticity, as the project is located in a Gaeltacht area with a strong cultural identity.
Outcome
The brand and marketing campaign for Campas Íosagáin positioned the project as an exciting, forward-thinking initiative grounded in community and heritage. From early stakeholder engagement to public promotion, the communications approach helped establish credibility, drive awareness, and support early uptake of hub facilities.
