Opera Lane Residences is a collection of high-specification apartments located in one of Cork City’s most vibrant and connected neighbourhoods. R.E.M. was appointed to elevate the brand and marketing presentation of these city-centre homes, helping to position them as an aspirational residential offering for urban professionals and long-term renters seeking premium living in a prime location.

We executed a full refresh of the brand and digital experience, supported by professional print collateral, visual storytelling and video content that captured both the lifestyle and location of Opera Lane Residences.

We delivered a comprehensive suite of services designed to build awareness, communicate quality, and drive buyer interest, long before the homes were completed. This included: 

Brand Refresh

We refined the visual identity of the Opera Lane Residences brand to bring it in line with the luxury tone of the apartments. The updated design introduced a more modern, minimal aesthetic, paired with a clean colour palette and elegant typography to reflect the quality and urban sophistication of the homes.

Website Redesign

We redesigned key pages of the existing website to align with the updated brand and messaging. The refresh improved layout, readability and visual consistency, ensuring that the user experience matched the calibre of the apartments on offer.

Brochure Design

A professionally designed brochure was produced to showcase the apartments, amenities and surrounding neighbourhood. With strong imagery, clear floorplans and concise lifestyle copy, the brochure served as a high-quality reference point for potential residents and leasing agents alike.

Floorplans

Branded, high-clarity floorplans were created for each unit type, optimised for both digital and print formats. These provided essential clarity for prospective renters and supported the leasing process with easy-to-digest spatial information.

Video

To bring the apartments and their location to life, we produced two bespoke videos:

  • A virtual tour of the apartments, filmed and edited to highlight key interior features, finishes and layout.

  • A location video showcasing the proximity of Opera Lane Residences to Cork City’s major amenities, shopping, dining and cultural hotspots — all filmed in a fast-paced, urban style that reflected the energy of the location.

Key Messaging

A suite of refined, benefit-led messaging was developed to support marketing materials and website content. The tone was professional and aspirational, highlighting the exclusivity, centrality and convenience of the apartments — positioning them as a standout option in Cork’s rental market.

Outcome

The refreshed brand and supporting assets helped reposition Opera Lane Residences as one of Cork City’s most desirable rental addresses. With a premium visual identity, clear messaging and dynamic content across digital and print platforms, the development now has a marketing presence that matches its central location and quality offering.
