Nestled in the heritage-rich village of Adare, The Oaks is a boutique collection of five architecturally designed homes positioned at the upper end of the residential market. Every aspect of this project needed to reflect luxury, craftsmanship and aspiration. That is exactly what we delivered.
At R.E.M., we were brought on by agents OCM to bring this exclusive development to life through thoughtful, high-end marketing tools and strategy.
Our work began with the creation of a compelling brand identity rooted in symbolism. The logo, inspired by the oak tree, features five branches and five roots. These represent the growth and individuality of each home, as well as the strength and integrity behind their construction.
We created a refined brand identity rooted in the development’s name. The logo features an oak tree with five branches and five roots, symbolising the individuality of each home and the strong foundations on which they are built. The visual identity was supported by a rich, sophisticated colour palette and elegant typography to evoke a sense of permanence, luxury and nature.
Our team crafted a premium brochure that combined lifestyle-led messaging with practical details. The tone of voice was aspirational and welcoming, designed to appeal to an affluent audience. The design was clean and contemporary, using ample white space, high-quality imagery and thoughtful layout to showcase the homes and their surroundings.
We designed clear, branded floorplans for each home, ensuring that potential buyers could easily understand the layout and flow of each property. A stylised site map was also created to communicate the overall layout of the development and reinforce the brand identity.
Outcome
This is a live project but to date, we created a suite of carefully considered materials that reflect the exclusivity of the homes and supported the sales process with professionalism and a premium touch.
