Showcasing premium apartment living through high-impact visual content
Lancaster Gate is a high-quality apartment development located along the banks of the River Lee in Cork City. With modern finishes, city views and an unbeatable location, the development offers an attractive lifestyle for both renters and owner-occupiers. R.E.M. was appointed to capture and produce a suite of professional visual assets to help bring these apartments to market with clarity, confidence and impact.
Our focus was on delivering polished, engaging content that showcased the apartments, their setting and surrounding amenities, all designed to support sales and lettings activity across digital and in-person channels.
We captured a full set of high-resolution interior and exterior photographs, styled to highlight the natural light, spacious layouts and premium finishes throughout the apartments. Imagery was optimised for both print and web use, supporting brochures, listings and digital campaigns.
A short-form lifestyle video was produced to bring prospective buyers and renters inside the apartments. The footage focused on flow, finish and liveability — offering a quick, engaging overview of the interiors and overall ambiance.
To showcase the development’s enviable location, we filmed cinematic drone footage highlighting its riverside setting, proximity to the city centre and views across Cork. This content added scale and context to the marketing suite, supporting both the lifestyle proposition and sense of place.
We edited and polished a full virtual walkthrough of a show apartment, enabling prospective residents to experience the space remotely with clarity and confidence. The tour was embedded into websites, listings and sales platforms to assist in pre-viewing interest and lead generation.
