Rathealy Close, Fermoy, Co. Cork
A modern brand and marketing suite for a new residential neighbourhood in East Cork
Rathealy Close is a high-quality residential development located in Midleton, Co. Cork. Designed to offer a mix of three and four-bedroom homes in a well-connected suburban setting, the scheme provides practical living in a family-focused community. R.E.M. was engaged to deliver the full suite of brand and marketing materials to support the launch and sales campaign.
We created a cohesive and contemporary brand and marketing system to ensure a consistent and professional presence across all digital and physical touchpoints.
We developed the name “Rathealy Close” and built a brand identity that reflects the welcoming, community-oriented nature of the development. The visual identity was designed to feel fresh, clean and family-friendly—instilling confidence and clarity from the first interaction.
A responsive, mobile-optimised website was designed and built to showcase the homes, highlight the location and drive enquiries. The site features key information on house types, CGIs, location benefits and downloadable brochures, with lead generation functionality built in for estate agent follow-up.
We produced a well-structured digital brochure that combines lifestyle messaging with practical information on the homes and location. Designed to reflect the Rathealy Close brand, the brochure includes site maps, floorplans, features, finishes and imagery to support buyer decision-making.
We designed a clean, colour-coded site map showing the layout of homes, access points, open spaces and orientation—providing a helpful visual overview for buyers and sales agents.
Branded, easy-to-read floorplans were created for each house type, formatted for use across print and digital applications. These floorplans were designed to communicate clearly while staying visually consistent with the development’s overall style.
We created a set of exterior CGIs to support early marketing activity and help buyers visualise the finished development. These visuals were used across the website, brochure and social media to build interest and confidence in the product.
Branded site signage was installed on location to support awareness, wayfinding and enquiries. This included main development signage, directional signage and sales agent details, all designed to be consistent with the wider brand and messaging.
Outcome
The brand and marketing assets created for Rathealy Close helped position the development as a smart, accessible and high-quality offering for buyers in the Midleton area. The cohesive materials gave the sales team strong tools to generate early interest, drive enquiries and deliver a clear, consistent buyer experience.
