Having worked with O’Connor Murphy previously on Opera Lane Residences, we were delighted when they approached us to work with them on marketing the Lancaster Gate Apartments. The focus of this project was a full suite of real estate videography and photography.
Lancaster Gate is a portfolio of ten refurbished apartments situated on Western Road in Cork city centre and was designed by architect Henry J. Lyons. The development is positioned as an investment opportunity for the private rented sector, or as the ideal place for prospective homeowners looking for luxury city living. With these target markets in mind, we set out to create high-quality collateral to communicate the prime location and premium finish of these apartments to our audience.
Real estate videography is a sought-after marketing tool in the highly-visual property industry. For Lancaster Gate, the superb visuals offered by the apartments and surrounding area meant video footage was a sure choice of marketing collateral O’Connor Murphy. Our in-house team captured drone footage, aerial shots, and interior shots of the building, as well as footage of the picturesque surroundings. From this, the team edited the clips together to create a virtual tour of the apartments and locale, bringing them to life for interested buyers. To make the video more dynamic, we added speed ramping effects, lower thirds, and animated title cards. Take a look at the final result below.
To complement our videography, we created a suite of high-quality images of the apartments and locality, which was captured by our in-house photography team. Having completed post-production editing on these photos to properly showcase the striking features, this photography was featured in the official Lancaster Gate brochure and on social media, reaching prospective buyers at key touchpoints in their purchasing journey.
