Recently added to the market, Cork city based Opera Lane Residences quickly required a full real estate marketing service for their apartments.
Opera Lane is a unique, stylish collection of one, two and three-bedroom apartments with high-quality design and luxury finishes to create an unparalleled urban living space.
Opera Lane Residences offer more than just a home – they are the epitome of chic apartment living in Cork city, and they needed a real estate marketing campaign that reflected this.
R.E.M. was approached and tasked with creating a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on generating awareness and leads for the development.
R.E.M. presented an omni-channel marketing strategy using both digital and traditional media to generate brand awareness and leads for the residences. Our first recommendation was to review and update the brand identity with a fresh, luxurious brand that better represented the residences and the target market. We opted to substitute “apartments” to “residences” to elevate the brand and designed a new set of brand guidelines inclusive of colour palettes, logo variants, typography, etc.
A key aspect of this project was designing a real estate brochure complete with copywriting. We also designed a print ad, edited a virtual tour video, redesigned the brand website and launched a paid digital campaign on social media and Google AdWords to generate brand awareness and leads for the estate agents.
This is currently a live client and we are working on some very exciting projects, check back at a later stage to see what else we got up to and what results we achieved.
