A boutique collection of bespoke homes in the heart of Midleton, brought to life through premium branding and marketing

Knocklaun is a distinctive development of just 11 architect-designed homes in Midleton, Co. Cork. Crafted for modern living and built to exceptional standards, the development offers an attractive combination of design quality, town centre convenience and connection to the surrounding community. R.E.M. was engaged to shape the brand and marketing suite to reflect the unique character of the scheme.

Our work included

Brand Development

We created the Knocklaun name, brand identity and visual system, drawing inspiration from the local setting and the individuality of each home. The brand mark includes 11 leaves to represent the 11 unique houses in the development, reinforcing the idea that each home is one of a kind.

Website Design & Development

We designed a mobile-friendly, lead-generating website to showcase the homes, house types, and location. The site reflects the visual identity of the brand, providing a smooth and considered digital journey for prospective buyers and estate agents alike.

Development Brochure

A stylish, image-rich brochure was created to present the development, house plans, finishes and lifestyle proposition. The brochure served as both an online and printed asset, aligned closely with the tone and design language of the brand.

Site Map

A branded site layout map was produced to illustrate house positions, access points, and open spaces in a format that was both informative and visually cohesive with the overall marketing suite.

Floorplans

We developed a set of professionally branded floorplans for each house type, combining clear architectural detail with a clean visual aesthetic. These were included across all print and digital touchpoints.

Enhanced CGIs

We refined and enhanced the client’s original CGI assets to bring out more depth, warmth and realism. These images were used across web, social media, brochures and print collateral to support early marketing activity.

Site Signage

To support the early launch and create awareness on location, we produced branded site signage featuring the Knocklaun identity, key messaging and lead generation prompts. The signage aligned visually with all other marketing materials, helping to build interest from local passersby and drive traffic to the website.

Photography & Drone Video

We captured high-quality ground-level and drone photography of the development, highlighting the homes, surrounding streetscape, and landscape context. These visuals were used throughout the campaign to showcase the scale, setting and architectural finish of the project.

Outcome

The marketing materials created for Knocklaun positioned the development as a premium, small-scale residential opportunity in a highly desirable Cork location. The brand identity and campaign assets reflected the individuality of the homes, helping the development stand out in the local market and attract early buyer interest.
