We created a complete commercial real estate marketing strategy for Cork city-based Trinity Quarter that highlighted the unique benefits of the location and the premium world-class office development to attract MNCs.
Location was the key focus for the project, with the traditional financial hub of the city, South Mall, a minute’s walk away. In addition to this, the central bus & railway stations and Cork International Airport are all in close proximity. This is a modern development that is spacious, sustainable and one of the largest office developments in the city, and the brand needed to reflect this.
As a city centre offering unlike any other currently on the market, Trinity Quarter needed a bespoke brand identity and real estate marketing strategy to match. To reflect the character and location of the development, our team crafted a name and visual identity. With this, we developed a logo, brand guidelines and imagery that conveyed a sense of uniqueness.
One of its key unique selling points was its location in a thriving commercial quarter in Cork city, providing corporate occupiers with a valuable opportunity. We built key messaging to communicate the location as the obvious choice for tenants wanting to be part of the city while presenting a forward-thinking space that achieved a Gold Leadership in Energy & Environment Design accreditation.
We successfully created online assets such as a visually engaging website and creative video outlining the benefits of the development. The project also provided tangible sales and marketing collateral to equip the client’s needs for promoting the development.
The project attracted significant commercial interest from the FDI sector and was sold in April 2019 to UCC who plan to locate their new Business School there.
