Launched in March 2019, Martello Rushbrooke is a new and exclusive development by Caraden Homes of 56 superbly-appointed homes on an elevated Great Island site overlooking Cork Harbour and the west passage of the River Lee. REM was tasked with the development of a full residential real estate marketing strategy for the development, from naming and visual identity through to external communications strategy.
Just a stone’s throw from the historic maritime port of Cobh and its associated amenities – including schools, sporting facilities, shopping and many tourist attractions – this location beautifully blends the benefits of coastal living with easy access to Cork city, East Cork and further afield.
In our complete residential real estate marketing strategy, we devised a brand name for the scheme, inspired by its incredible location adjacent to Cork harbour with its historic Martello towers, two of which are situated in the immediate vicinity of the development. This brand name was brought to life through on and offline assets, including visual identity, website, brochure and on-site marketing.
The campaign has been very successful to date – Phases 1 and 2 are fully sold and Phase 3 is now on the market and performing very well.
