Our Brief

Beecher’s Court has been a great new addition to the west Cork real estate market. When we got the opportunity to work on this new development, we were eager to get stuck in.

Beecher’s Court is a new collection of contemporary homes developed by JOD Developments. The development is comprised of A-rated, 4-bed detached and 3- and 4- bed semi-detached houses finished to a high-quality standard.

The development is located in Bandon, the gateway to west Cork, providing picturesque views and  proximity to an array of amenities including excellent eateries, local shops, pubs and country markets.

We were employed by JOD Developments to raise awareness and generate leads about these superb residences.

Our Approach

Our work on Beecher’s Court involved creating an integrated marketing plan that included brand identity, web design and development, brochure design, social media campaigns, and more.

In developing a brand identity for this stunning collection of homes, we curated a logo, typography, and brand colours to accurately represent its character and quality.

Using this brand identity as a basis, we designed and developed an eye-catching website with copywriting, imagery and lead-capturing functionality. Furthering this omnichannel plan, we designed high-quality brochures featuring assets such as floorplans and a site map.

To create brand awareness and generate leads online, we developed a fully targeted digital ads campaign, as well as an organic social media campaign.

We crafted messaging for the overall campaign that was centred around the development’s location at the gateway to west Cork, which has become a hotspot for real estate activity.

Outcome/Results

This is a live campaign. Interest in the development was clear from the outset, and we are still receiving a consistent stream of leads. Our digital ad campaigns proved successful, with over 33,000 people reached on Facebook and Instagram through our two lead gen campaigns.
